Download and open the Cash App on your mobile device.
BUY_BITCOIN
Tap the Bitcoin icon on the home screen. Select "Buy" and enter the amount matching your invoice.
COPY_WALLET_ADDRESS
Go to your request page on CrawArk and copy the BTC wallet address shown.
SEND_BITCOIN
In Cash App, tap the Bitcoin icon → Send → paste the wallet address and confirm the amount.
SAVE_TRANSACTION_RECEIPT
Take a screenshot of the completed transaction showing the TXID and amount.
UPLOAD_RECEIPT
Return to your request on CrawArk, enter the Transaction ID, and upload the screenshot for verification.

CREATE_PAYBIS_ACCOUNT
Visit paybis.com and create a free account using your email address.
COMPLETE_VERIFICATION
Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID as required by Paybis.
PURCHASE_CRYPTOCURRENCY
Select your desired cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, or SOL), enter the amount, and pay by card or bank transfer.
SEND_TO_WALLET_ADDRESS
Copy the wallet address from your CrawArk request page and enter it as the recipient address in Paybis.
SAVE_YOUR_RECEIPT
Download or screenshot your Paybis transaction confirmation with the TXID.
UPLOAD_PROOF_OF_PAYMENT
On your CrawArk request, enter the Transaction ID and upload the receipt screenshot to complete verification.

> How long does payment verification take?
Admin manually verifies payments. Typically 1–4 hours during business hours.
> What if my payment was rejected?
You will receive a notification with the reason. Common causes: incorrect TXID or insufficient amount. Contact support for help.
> Can I pay with a different cryptocurrency?
We currently support BTC, USDT (TRC-20), ETH, and SOL. Send the correct currency to the correct wallet address.
> Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment details are encrypted and only accessible to admin staff for verification purposes.
